Pet Policy

• Pet Fees: A $250 pet fee, per pet, is required prior to the move-in/the animal’s arrival on the property. Pet fees are non refundable and non transferable.

• Pet Limit: Maximum of two pets per apartment.

• Breed Restrictions: Rottweiler, Doberman and any pit bull/bully breeds, included but not limited to: Bull Dog/Terriers, American, Staffordshire, Dogo Argentino, Cane Corso, Perro de Presa Canario, Valley, Blue Nose breeds, or any dog mixed with any of the restricted breeds listed or any dog that has the appearance of a mixture of the restricted breeds. If the breed is in question, you will be required to gain a licensed veterinarian’s written verification and genetic testing results, preformed by licensed veterinarian, confirming it’s full breed/breed mixture. Any costs associated will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

• Pet Rules: Visiting pets/animals are not permitted. Having an unauthorized animal on the property will result in a $200 violation fine.  Animals must be cleaned up after immediately, doggie stations are provided. All pets must be accompanied and restrained by a leash when outside.

• Pet Approval: Pets are not considered approved until (1) All associated pet fees are paid in full (2) the pet application is filled out in its entirety and signed by both parties (3) the pet has had an in person meeting with management (4)  an approved photo of the pet is documented and (5) veterinarian and genetic testing results are documented and approved by management, if the breed is in question.
