Pets- of any kind are not permitted without specific written permission of the landlord in the lease document, an addendum to the lease, and a paid non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent.  No more than two pets with a combined weight of 65 lbs are permitted.

If you have pets there is a maximum limit of 2 pets per apartment.  We also have dog breed restrictions per insurance requirements upon the landlord that doesn't allow Pit bulls (Staffordshire bull terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, and Bull Terrier), Rottweiler's, Dobermans or any mixed breeds containing these restrictions above.

The Following Fee Schedule defines the non refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent required:

• $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee per pet for animals under 40 pounds and $10 per month pet rent.

• $350 one-time, non-refundable pet fee per pet for animals over 40 pounds. Not exceeding 65 pounds and $20 per month pet rent.

We will also require a copy of the animal's veterinary records, indicating breed, weight and vaccinations to insure all requirements are current.

Following the Community Rules assigned in the lease documents, you'll be expected to:

• Pick up after your pet(s) (including waste inside or outside the apartment if on property grounds)
• Keep them on a leash at all times when outside on property grounds
• Prevent your pet(s) to cause damage to the property, the apartment, or disturb the comfort of any other resident.

Failure to observe and practice the rules associated with Pet ownership in this Community may result in lease violations which can result in premature termination of the lease agreement by the landlord.
