Here at Brandywine Apartments, we do allow pets per the guidelines below:<br />
<ol>
<li>One&nbsp;Pet limit for each apartment.</li>
<li>The Pet cannot not exceed a total weight of&nbsp;35 lbs.</li>
<li>Pet Deposit = $500.00 refundable subject to damages after lease expiration and/or move out.</li>
<li>The Pet Application must be received and approved prior to the Pet being allowed on property.</li>
<li>The Pet must be presented to the Leasing Office / Management prior to being allowed on property.&nbsp;</li>
<li>If the animal is a Dog it must be licensed in the state of Delaware.&nbsp; Tenant must provide copies of the license before the pet&nbsp;is allowed on the premises.</li>
<li>Other stipulations covered in the Pet Policy must be agreed by tenant/landlord signatures as a Lease Addendum before move in.</li>
