Pets- of any kind are not permitted without specific written permission of the landlord in the lease document, an addendum to the lease, and a paid non-refundable pet fee. Fees are waived for medically necessary service animals with notification from a certified Health care Provider.

If you have pets there is a maximum limit of 2 pets per apartment not exceeding 65 lbs combined weight.  We also have dog breed restrictions per insurance requirements upon the landlord that doesn't allow Pit bulls (Staffordshire bull terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, and Bull Terrier), Any Pit Bull Mixed Breed, Rottweiler's, or Dobermans.

The Following Fee Schedule defines the non refundable pet fee required.

• $300 one-time, non-refundable pet fee per pet and $25 Recurring Pet Rent.

We will also require a copy of the animal's veterinary records, indicating breed, weight and vaccinations to insure all requirements are current.

Following the Community Rules assigned in the lease documents, you'll be expected to

• Pick up after your pet(s) (including waste inside or outside the apartment if on property grounds)
• Keep them on a leash at all times when outside on property grounds
• Prevent your pet(s) to cause damage to the property, the apartment, or disturb the comfort of any other resident.

Failure to observe and practice the rules associated with Pet ownership in this Community may result in lease violations which can result in premature termination of the lease agreement by the landlord.
